Our team at Banner Welder can manage retooling projects from rebuilding a worn fixture to redeployment of an entire assembly line for a model change. In-house expertise includes mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing engineering. We specialize in challenging projects including automotive model changes that require multiple part variations to run on the same line. Examples of our tooling experience include fixtures for automotive underbody components, suspension systems, door subassemblies, and bumpers. Equipment expertise includes welding, press, trim and pierce, and assembly equipment. Tooling designs can be built to prints provided by the customer, or developed by Banner, based on customer specifications.
All projects are developed in partnership with the customer based on their time requirements. Projects are assigned a project manager who is responsible for providing a single contact point for the customer. We are experienced in working with customers in a range of industries including the automotive, appliance, metal furniture, and heavy equipment industries. In addition to retooling and redeployment, process development, system integration, and automation services are available.
