Single phase air operated, rocker arm type spot welder with throat depths from 12in to 36in. Fabricated steel frame supports heavily reinforced rocker arm assembly actuated by a double acting air cylinder. Stacked iron core transformer features water cooled secondaries for high production applications. Variable heat range selection, adjustable through side-mounted tap changer. Cast copper alloy knee is vertically adjustable. Welder equipped with 2-1/2in diameter (2CR) or 2-3/4in diameter (3CR) copper horn and 1-1/4in diameter ejector type electrode holders using #2 M.T. water cooled electrodes. Unit comes complete with all necessary airline components, including: solenoid operated air valve, filter, regulator and gauge, lubricator and adjustable flow controls. A shrouded foot switch is also supplied and interconnected.
