- Single phase air operated, press type roller ram welder with throat depths from 12in to 36in. Reinforced fabricated steel frame maintains alignment of head and knee. Head features a 3in (1AP) or 4in (2AP) stroke, with eight frictionless rollers guided by hardened, ground steel guide bars for long wear and rigidity, 6in x 6in (1AP) or 8in x 8in (2AP) high conductivity copper platens provide tapped holes for installation of weld dies, 'T' slotted platens, or electrode holders. Stacked iron core transformer features water cooled cast copper secondaries for high production applications. Variable heat range selection, adjustable through side-mounted tap changer. Unit comes complte with all necessary airline components, including: solenoid valves, strainer, regulator, lubricator, gauge and two-speed control valves mounted for easy maintenance. A sturdy, shrouded foot switch is also supplied and interconnected.
