Banner Model 1FG/2FG/3FG C-Frame Welders.
- Single phase, air operated, C-frame welder with throat depths from 12" to 18". A reinforced fabricated steel frame maintains alignment of head and knee. The head features a weldment pre-drilled for single or multiple weld guns. A highly conductive copper platen (1FG = 6"x6" 2FG = 8"x8") provides tapped holes for installation of weld dies, "T" slotted platen, or electrode holders. The wound core transformer features water cooled cast copper secondaries for high production applications. Heat range is adjustable by a rear mounted tap switch. This unit comes complete with all necessary airline components, including: solenoid valves, airline, filter, regulator, lubricator, gauge, and flow control valves all mounted for easy maintenance. A sturdy, shrouded foot switch is also supplied and interconnected.
This welder is ideal for flexible automation applications using multiple guns and/or multiple welders.
