Single phase air operated, press type spot welder with throat depths from 12in to 36in. Reinforced fabricated steel frame supports a tube type head using a 3-1/2in diameter manganese bronze ram actuated by a double acting air cylinder. Stacked iron core tranformer features water cooled secondaries for high production applications. Variable heat range selection, adjustable with the side-mounted tap switch. Welder equipped with 2-1/2in diameter horns and ejector type electrode holders using #1 M.T. or #2 M.T. water cooled electrodes. Unit comes complete with all necessary airline components including: solenoid valve, filter, regulator, lubricator and gauges. A shrouded, single stage foot switch is also supplied and interconnected.
